The effects are as varied as the oils - relaxing, mood-enhancing, stimulating, releasing or even energizing.

Each blend consists of 100% natural essential oils and has been specially formulated for use in the sauna.

In the sauna: Add a few drops to the infusion water or use in diluted form in the aroma bowl or directly in the water tank of the heater in the bio sauna.

In the steam bath and steam shower: Add a few drops to the aroma tray provided for this purpose at the steam outlet.

Note: Never use essential oils in an unconcentrated form. Fire hazard or risk of skin irritation.
