In the sauna: Add a few drops to the infusion water or use in diluted form in the aroma bowl or directly in the water tank of the heater in the bio-sauna.

In the steam bath and in the steam shower: add a few drops to the aroma tray at the steam outlet.

Note: Never use essential oils in an unconcentrated form. Fire hazard or risk of skin irritation.
