The resinous green coniferous aroma of the Scots pine, also known as mountain pine, is the perfect complement to the pine scent of the sauna. Its essential oil has antiseptic properties and proves to be extremely helpful and beneficial when inhaled in the sauna or steam bath. The expectorant, circulation-promoting and anti-inflammatory effect of the wellness essence not only alleviates respiratory diseases but also regenerates muscle pain. It also has an invigorating and vitalizing effect in cases of exhaustion and anxiety and can improve mood.

In the sauna: Add a few drops to the infusion water or use in diluted form in the aroma bowl or directly in the water tank of the heater in the bio sauna.

In the steam bath/steam shower: Add a few drops to the aroma tray at the steam outlet.

Note: Never use essential oils in an unconcentrated form. Fire hazard or risk of skin irritation.
