Place the massage stone near the sauna heater so that it heats up during the heating process. When the stone is hot, cool it down slightly with water and massage your skin with gentle movements. The roughened side provides gentle exfoliation. If necessary, you can also use a little massage oil. After use, simply clean the stone with water or a mild detergent.
