Add a few drops to the infusion water and take a deep breath.

In the sauna: Add a few drops to the infusion water or use in diluted form in the aroma bowl or directly in the water container of the heater in the bio-sauna.

In the steam bath or steam shower: Add a few drops to the aroma tray provided for this purpose at the steam outlet.

Note: Never use essential oils in an unconcentrated form.
